Master Your To Do List, Master Your Life

Do you often think you never get anything on your to do list done? Just out of curiosity, how many tasks are on your daily to do list? If you are anything like most people, you have a to do list that never ends, that you continue to add to daily. I know for me, when my to do list is too long, it is too daunting to do a single task on it. Let me tell you how to eliminate stress, and get your tasks done.

  1. PRIORITIZE
  • Accomplish three tasks daily
  • Pick the two most important tasks to do that day
  • You want to leave one spot open, in the event something you have to get done comes up

2. SENSE OF ACCOMPLISHMENT

  • Get the two mandatory tasks done first thing in the morning
  • When you feel accomplished first thing in the morning, you are more likely to have a better day

3. LESS ANXIETY

  • When you narrow your focus, you give yourself the ability to enjoy your life
  • Studies have shown, people who are more organized often experience less anxiety
